Hell down South 2019: Naturally, the UK’s toughest half-marathon
– 26th October 2019
Fancy a swift half? This is Britain’s toughest half-marathon challenge with better and boggier bogs than anyone else, brought to you by Rat Race!
Choose from HellRunner: UK’s Toughest Half Marathon, or ramp it up at our Hell Of A Marathon. Can’t handle the full run? You can take on the Hallway to Hell short course – the choice is yours! Join us on Saturday 26th October for a demonic mixture of hills, water features and muddy terrain. Attempt the 13 miler with 2000 other lost souls, and experience the Eridge Park mud-packed route laced with theatre, music and pyromania, plus signature features such as the Bog of Doom and the Devil’s Disco.
Eridge Park Estate is the new home of Hell Down South. Now wilder and wetter, hillier and hellier than ever. In 2019, longer too, as we bring the southern edition of HellRunner up to Half Marathon distance by popular demand.
Eridge Park is steeped in history, with breath-taking grounds featuring extensive ancient woodland. This wonderful private venue gives us a demonic mixture of hills, water features and muddy terrain. Join 2000 lost souls on a 13 miler laced with theatre, music and pyromania, plus signature features such as the Bog of Doom and the Devil’s Disco.
Featuring parking (£5 in advance; £10 on the day), event village, changing facilities, camping, extensive food options, Rat Race Store, MC and of course, a Devil on Stilts!
